St Marks

For the balcony, the architect was looking for a simple glazed balustrade to complement their funky design and colour scheme. The Viewsafe Framed Glass design chosen was then also used in their pool fence and privacy screens (in obscured glass), to give a unified look. For the internal staircase, ABS used a stylish frameless glass option with stainless steel spigots, matching the necessary safety aspects of a staircase with beauty and style.

 All ABS products are designed and manufactured in our factory in Wangara, using the latest technology and the highest quality materials. Below is a list of product design specifications, designed and manufactured by ABS for the St. Marks Apartments;

Installation of the balustrade began in February 2013 and was completed mid-2013. As a result of our streamlined company infrastructure, excellent project management skills and highly skilled and knowledgeable employees, ABS managed to get the project done on time, to the client's specifications and with little disruption or breakages.

The completion of the St Marks development was announced in September 2013, however, it had sold out well before completion, in March 2013. This architectural masterpiece stands out from the crowd and truly reflects the personality of its surrounding area- colourful, contemporary and fun!
