We are mindful that the design was quite different to many residential developments and that there was little room on site for manoeuvring plant and equipment. lt’s great to know that the team of people employed on site were able to look beyond any challenges and use their well-honed skills to contribute to what is a brilliant development that we are very proud of.

I would like to compliment you on the finished product of the fencing, gates and internal handrail in the garage at my home. Recently we have just had balustrades installed at the abovementioned address for a two storey home. I would like to thank your team who provided us with outstanding service and a quality finish.  Your Sales Consultant, Simon was the first contact we’ve had with Absolute Balustrade and his professionalism on site, going through the client selection and offering selection suggestions was remarkable. He was extremely patient with my clients, who were not confident in making a decision, and his mannerism and advice gave them the clarity they needed to make their selection. Paul Magee who installed the balustrades did an incredible job and showed the professionalism and work ethics required for a quality finish. The site was left neat and tidy and no damage was caused to the surrounding walls and timber flooring which was installed prior.  The clients are both overjoyed with their selection and the final finished product. Please pass on my regards to your staff and thank them for the quality and pride that they have demonstrated in their work. Needless to say, I’ll be in touch very soon requesting works for my next two storey home.
 

My thanks to the team at Absolute Balustrades for the no hassle, speedy and professional way in how you handled the remedial works to the gates that you installed at my house in Inglewood. II was concerned at the commencement of this exercise that it was going to be a battle to get the work built to the agreed standard. You and the team put this concern to rest very quickly and this was sincerely appreciated.

I would like to mention how impressed I was with the man who installed the balustrade for me. He was extremely clean and tidy in the way he worked, cleaned everything up after himself and was courteous and polite. A very unusual tradesman compared with a lot of the other people who have been doing jobs around the place while my house was being built. Hang on to him, he's a treasure. The balustrade looks terrific, really adds a great feature to the stairs and landing. A job well done all round by your company. I will certainly be recommending you to other friends and relations who are in the process of building at the moment.

Would just like to comment on the installers of our balustrade. They did a fantastic job and were flat out all day from start to finish. They turned up when they said they would at 7am and were very pleasant and well mannered and they worked until the job was complete. They even cleaned up their mess!! The guys obviously approach their work with great professionalism and I hope get job satisfaction for a job well done. It is good to see there are still some hard workers and businesses around that can get the job done right the first time. I must admit I think this is a first for me to actually be writing a letter of praise for anything we have done around our home, but after having such bad service from other businesses in all different services I felt I had to let you know how happy we were with your business from the gentleman who did the quote to administration who handled our account and especially to the installers. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the market for balustrade. A pleasure doing business with you keep up the good work and fantastic service.

Just a note to let you know both Troy and Ian arrived as you promised just before 7am Saturday morning. They completed the installation of the fence and side gate later that morning without incurring any difficulties.
